About vCRE-vis

vCRE-vis is a data visualization tool designed to explore the cis-regulatory landscapes of double-stranded DNA viruses using data from massively parallel reporter assays (MPRA). The app enables intuitive and interactive exploration of CRE activities across viral genomes.

Fuxman Bass Lab

vCRE-vis was developed in the Fuxman Bass Lab at Boston University. The lab focuses on gene regulation, transcription factors, and regulatory networks in human and viral systems.
